Riverbend TEC works in collaboration with the Office of Youth Ministry of the Diocese of New Ulm and with the support of Bishop John Nienstedt. It is also affiliated with the TEC Conference. Leadership is provided by a Coordinator who works closely with an advisory council consisting of a priest, the Diocesan Director of Youth Ministry, eight adults, two young adults (age 20-24) and two youth representatives (age 17-19) who have been involved in Riverbend TEC. The Riverbend TEC Council meets monthly to facilitate and guide the program. Fr. Dennis Labat has served as Coordinator since RB # 16 in January 1980.
